- Certificate of good standing of the parent company (head office)
- Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
- Company deed certified by a Notary
- Notarized Power of Attorney for the representative
- Copy of the existing company’s certificate of incorporation
- Certificate of good standing
- A resident staff member in Spain
- Company identification number (NIF)
